To add the JavaScript Test Utility back onto the Tools menu, use the following steps:

1. Copy folder jsx3.ide.evaluator from gi-3.9-debug/GI_Builder/plugins
2. Paste the plugin folder into the <current version>/GI_Builder/plugins_auto
3. Restart your IDE again.
