Resizing Components

To resize a component in the work area, do the following:

Enable the Show/Hide Focus Rectangle button on the Component Hierarchy palette toolbar to turn on the bounding box for selected components.
Use Ctrl+click to select the component you want to resize.
Hover the mouse over a resize handle of the focus rectangle until the cursor changes to the Resize icon .
Click and drag the resize handle to a new position.
If the component is relatively positioned, you can only change the East and South positions.

Selections of multiple components can't be resized using the Show/Hide Focus Rectangle.

You can also resize a component by editing object properties in the Properties Editor palette. See Modifying Properties.
