Be aware that some hot keys might already be in use. If you attempt to use these hot keys, collisions could occur. For example, General Interface Builder uses Tab and Windows uses Alt+Tab for application switching. If you want to use General Interface Builder hot keys in your application, such as ctrl+n, your hot key will only work in General Interface Builder if the focus is in the Live Component view of the hot key component. Otherwise, the General Interface Builder hot key executes. The navigation hot keys should not be used. |
